Agreement

By playing NebulaWar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. The game is run by a private individual based in Germany.

Who can play

You must be at least 13, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

Your profile

Your progress is tied to a cookie in your browser, or in the Android app to an ID in the app's storage. If you clear your cookies or the app's data, uninstall the app, switch browsers or change devices, your profile may be lost, and we cannot always recover it.

Fair play

Do not:

• use offensive, hateful or misleading callsigns, or impersonate anyone else;
• cheat, use bots or automation, or exploit bugs for an advantage;
• attack, overload or interfere with the servers or other players' connections;
• harass other players.

We may rename, reset, suspend or block a profile that breaks these rules.

Stardust and ships

Stardust and unlocked ships are part of the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and may be rebalanced or reset as the game develops.

Content

The game, its code, artwork and soundtrack belong to us or our licensors. Third-party music, sounds and typefaces are used under their licences and credited under Credits. You may stream or record your own gameplay.

Availability

NebulaWar is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it, including servers, modes and progress, at any time and without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
